Influência da incorporação de resíduos sobre o comportamento mecânico de tijolos à base de terra no estado saturado: revisão

Resumo

A construção civil, devido ao seu impacto ambiental significativo, tem um papel crucial na adoção de práticas sustentáveis. Nesse contexto, a pesquisa sobre o uso de resíduos na produção de tijolos de terra, visando otimizar seu desempenho mecânico, é de grande relevância. Estudos têm demonstrado que a adição de resíduos naturais ou industriais em tijolos de terra pode melhorar seu desempenho geral, oferecendo uma alternativa mais sustentável e econômica em comparação com os tijolos convencionais. Essa prática contribui para a redução do descarte de resíduos e do consumo de recursos naturais. Apesar dos avanços, ainda há uma lacuna de pesquisa em relação à incorporação de resíduos industriais em tijolos de terra e à influência da umidade em seu comportamento mecânico. A presente revisão bibliográfica busca analisar estudos sobre os efeitos da incorporação de resíduos de diversas origens na resistência mecânica de tijolos de terra, especialmente em condições de saturação.
