Análise fatorial da satisfação com o bairro a partir da percepção do indivíduo no contexto brasileiro

Este estudo analisa, no cenário brasileiro, a satisfação relacionada ao bairro, a partir das percepções individuais. Foi desenvolvido um questionário de 5 pontos, e uma amostra com 426 respondentes foi coletada. Realizou-se uma análise fatorial em 3 grupos de variáveis: Características e recursos do meio urbano; Serviços públicos e manutenção; e Desempenho do entorno. Totalizando 53 variáveis, as quais foram reduzidas a 13 fatores. Os resultados confirmaram a confiabilidade dos aspectos examinados, apesar das diferenças geográficas e culturais onde foram realizados os estudos de referência, e contribuem para determinar os principais constructos que influenciam nas percepções sobre o bairro.
