DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE PARA GESTÃO DA MANUTENÇÃO PREVENTIVA EM EDIFICAÇÕES HABITACIONAIS

For a residential building to reach the project's useful life and guarantee its performance and safety, an effective preventive maintenance plan must be presented in the use, operation, and maintenance manual provided by the builders. However, it is common for users to complain about the understanding and interpretation of these documents, either because they have insufficient information or because of the lack of guidance regarding appropriate preventive maintenance procedures. Thus, the objective was to develop preventive building maintenance software for residential buildings. For this, the leading commercially available preventive maintenance software was identified, and its functionalities were detected, to point out market deficiencies, the software development aimed at the building manager and administrators was started. Among the main features, there is a standard manual with an automated maintenance schedule with a formal record of the performed maintenance.
