ALTERAÇÕES CONTRATUAIS EM CONTRATOS DE INSTALAÇÕES

This work aims to identify, quantify, and analyze contractual changes in facility contracts in department stores and shopping centers, in order to evaluate the possibility of reducing them and to propose good practices for the proper project management. For that, surveys of the values of the additional services were carried out, as well as their categorization. The learning in the scope of project management was also analyzed through interviews with the project managers, considering the difficulties perceived at the end of the works and suggestions for correcting or improving future contracts. In addition to expressive percentage values, it was verified that many of the design changes could be avoided, if there was better communication among the process actors (Client / Designer / Executor), as well as the adoption of guidelines for learning in the face of difficulties already experienced in project management.
