Analysis of the complete kit in the supply of entries for activities at the construction site

In Lean construction, the Complete Kit aims to improve productivity, quality and reduce losses at a site by providing solid inputs for the start of the activity. A case study was carried out to analyze the influence of Kit Complete in the production of a multi-story building. were assembly data, process flowchart assembly data and assembly trips. Suggest that the use of the Complete Kit improves the control of materials, equipment and information to reduce some losses, including making-do.
