O DESEMPENHO DA HABITAÇÃO, A SATISFAÇÃO E O COMPORTAMENTO POTENCIAL E A RELAÇÃO COM O GÊNERO DO INDIVÍDUO

The level of satisfaction with housing depends on the perception of each individual in relation to their respective place of residence. However, does gender cause any significant difference in the individual's perception and satisfaction patterns? Thus, the prime objective of this research is to identify the variables of housing performance, together with the satisfaction and potential behavior of the user and also to verify if there is this differentiation of satisfaction regarding the female and male gender. The research adopted the survey method as a basic procedure, using an online questionnaire and correlation analysis and discriminant analysis. For each group of variables, statistical analyzes were performed and it was found that there are differences in the perception of individuals according to their gender. Comparing the results, it was noticed that for male individuals, the variables that most impact satisfaction are related to housing, unlike female individuals, that the variables which have greater intensity are related to the characteristics of the environment.
