Sistemas multiagentes na gestão de projetos da construção civil: revisão sistemática

A gestão de projetos na construção civil brasileira confronta desafios em coordenação, otimização e decisão, com limitada adoção de Sistemas Multiagentes (MAS) em contraste ao cenário internacional. Este estudo compara benefícios e barreiras da implementação de MAS no setor, abordando contextos brasileiro e internacional. Uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL) analisou 22 artigos (2014-2025), utilizando IA para triagem e extração de dados. Resultados indicam que a integração de MAS otimiza decisões, coordena equipes e modela processos, aprimorando eficiência, qualidade e sustentabilidade. Barreiras internacionais incluem segurança, resiliência e escalabilidade. No Brasil, desafios como autonomia de agentes, resistência cultural à tecnologia e limitações de Pequenas e Médias Empresas (PMEs) prevalecem. O trabalho mapeia os benefícios funcionais e expõe lacunas temáticas e barreiras contextuais, fornecendo base para estratégias de implementação no Brasil.
