Foundry sand is waste from the metallurgical industry, discarded in controlled industrial landfills, however, it generates high costs and environmental concerns. As a disposal alternative, the study aimed to produce interlocking pavement floors on an industrial scale, using foundry sand to replace natural sand in 10% and 20% contents. The methodology consists of meeting NBR 9781 (2013), analysis of SEM and TCLP. In the results, the water absorption was less than 6% and compressive strength greater than 35 Mpa, there is a microstructure formed and inert to the aqueous medium. Foundry sand is verified as an alternative aggregate.
