This study analyzes the partial replacement of Portland cement with red ceramic waste (RCW) and its influence on the thermomechanical properties of concrete exposed to high temperatures. Concretes with 10% and 25% RCW replacement were developed and subjected to temperatures of 200°C, 400°C, and 600°C. The results indicate that the 10% replacement showed the best performance, with higher mechanical strength and lower mass loss. The addition of RCW refined the porosity, contributing to greater thermal durability. Samples exposed to high temperatures showed a reduction in specific mass due to water loss and decomposition of hydrated compounds. The research highlights the potential of RCV as a sustainable alternative to Portland cement, promoting its consumption reduction and contributing to the development of a more environmentally sustainable construction industry.
