Identificação do uso de modelos BIM aplicados pela gestão lean construction

Desde os anos 2000, a adoção da metodologia Building Information Modeling (BIM) tem sido crescente a fim de otimizar processos em Arquitetura, Engenharia, Construção e Operação (AECO). Em paralelo, tem sido empregados os princípios da filosofia de gestão Lean Construction (LC) visando melhorar os fluxos nos projetos e processos. No entanto, não se identifica uma estrutura consolidada que organize a aplicação conjunta dessas diferentes abordagens, dificultando uma sistematização de colaboração entre os usos de modelos BIM com os princípios e ferramentas lean. Com isso, este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar os usos mais frequentes de modelos BIM em empreendimentos da AECO que adotam abordagens de gestão LC. Adotou-se o método de Revisão Sistemática da literatura (RSL), identificando 42 artigos de estudos práticos que contribuíram para o objetivo traçado. Os resultados indicam que os usos gerais mais recorrentes estão relacionados às disciplinas de arquitetura e estruturas, enquanto os usos de domínio mais recorrentes são relacionados ao detalhamento tridimensional e ao planejamento de obras. Concluiu-se que a aplicação de BIM como ferramenta lean ainda é predominantemente restrita à fase de projeto, sendo necessários novos estudos que conectem os usos de modelos BIM e os princípios LC, correlacionando ferramentas para a solução de problemas.
