Gerenciamento de riscos relativos à saúde e segurança do trabalho em uma construtora

While there is a growing concern among managers to invest in quality and planning, budgets and deadlines are increasingly optimized, requiring managers to make decisions that do not include health and safety concerns. The objective of this work is to perform a survey of typical and delayed accidents occurred in ten works of a construction company located in the city of Goiânia, counting on the use of a health and safety risk management program. The proposal was to perform an analysis of the main accident’s characteristics in the company so that it could have consistent data on the causes. The probability and the impact of risks related to accidents were evaluated and a risk index was proposed for each risk factor. The intention is to avoid or at least minimize the typical and time-consuming accidents that can be considered the most serious.
