Noise pollution is one of the most growing causes of the disorderly growth of large cities. In environments such as classrooms, attendance at comfortable noise levels and speech intelligibility are fundamental for a good performance in learning, which depends on the characteristics of the constructive systems of the environment. This article aims to present a study about the evaluation of the level of performance present in a university classroom according to the period of time of use and occupation. The evaluation method was measured at different levels and estimated the levels of external and internal score, allowing a comparison between the variables of the levels reached. The measurement results suppose the pattern saturation limits by standard, requiring greater insulation from the outer wrapping system. The estimated external noise levels are divergent in comparison with the measured levels, in contrast, the estimated isolation from the enviromental outer wrap system presented simaler results by the ones obtained with the measurements. Based on the results, it was concluded that the study would serve for new projects and for the analysis of the other buildings located around, specially the numerous existing educational use and, perhaps, do not present the appropriate conditions for acoustic comfort.
