This work is proposed to study the impact of a condominium, denominated of A, in the urban ventilation and in the process of natural ventilation of a condominium located to leeward, denominated here of B. The condominium A holds 70 meters of height, where 12 meters are intended for a garage area without openings to windward. The condominium B, located on the leeward side of condominium A, is 30 meters high. Based on fluid dynamics simulations, the impacts of the condominium A as much of the aerodynamic perturbation at urban level as the impact of its volumetry on the pressure exerted by the winds in the squares of the condominium B were analyzed. For that, numerical simulations were used in unstructured mesh for this analysis to a plane at 1,5 meters from the ground and in the numerical data of the center of the frames of the condominium B. Concluding, therefore, that the construction of condominium A, besides causing great disturbances at the level of the pedestrian, has the capacity of decrease the natural ventilation capacity of condominium B considerably.
