DIRETRIZES BIOCLIMÁTICAS EM ÁREAS URBANAS CONSOLIDADAS, UMA ANÁLISE PARA A CIDADE DE FORTALEZA

This article aims to analyze bioclimatic guidelines of urban design and its possible environmental impacts in consolidated urban areas, through the implementation of strategies indicated in other studies, such as: pocket parks, parklets, urban agriculture, green walls and afforestation. The analysis of these urban tactics will be accomplished through the study of a stretch in the city of Fortaleza, allowing to verify the current situation of the occupation and the feasibility of implementing these strategies, considering possible environmental improvements. In order to do so, the mapping of urban occupation, free areas and green areas of the city are important in order to guide the implementation of interventions in fragile areas, forming a network connected to the system of free spaces and integrated with urban micro-planning, considering the principles of urbanism bioclimatic. Therefore, the results show a significant increase in green areas and a small increase in free areas, revealing the potential that selected urban practices can play in promoting environmental improvements in consolidated urban areas.
