IMPACTOS DA CONFIGURAÇÃO DA HABITAÇÃO NA OCUPAÇÃO DOS LOTES, UM ESTUDO EM ÁREA DE ALTO ADENSAMENTO CONSTRUTIVO NA CIDADE DE CUIABÁ/MT

Abstract

The porosity is represented by the greater or lesser permeability of an urban structure to the passage of the winds, being expressed by the relation between open spaces and built spaces, and is formed by the spacings between buildings, the occupation rate, the existence of empty spaces and the width of the tracks. This research was carried out in a region of high constructive density in the city of Cuiabá-MT. The study area was defined due to the current urban configuration of the neighborhood, the result of an irregular occupation, already characterized as a consolidated residential area. Due to its formation conditions, the occupation of the lots does not meet the current code of works, present in the municipal law complement complementary law nº 102 of December 3, 2003 and also in complementary law nº 389 of November 3, 2015, regarding the use and occupation of the soil. Thus, the present work aims, through computational simulation, to investigate how the implantation of the dwelling inside a land can modify the local microclimate at the pedestrian level. In this way, two simulations were performed, the first considering the current housing arrangement, and the second, hypothetical, that incorporates the urbanization indices defined by the legislation, ie, increase of porosity with adjustments of distances, increase of the rate of permeability, reduction of the occupancy rate and the insertion of larger grasses and trees. The attendance to the urban indices for the region studied in the city of Cuiabá made it possible to reduce the temperature in several points of the study region, noting the great importance of the effect of urban ventilation for the thermal comfort of the pedestrian.
