The conditions of comfort and health of the occupants is influenced by the indoor temperature of the bedrooms, as well as energy consumption. Indoor temperature analysis is even more important when one observes the changes in the modern way of life, because nowadays users spend more and more hours away from their homes and bedrooms are the most used spaces. Therefore, the influence of the positioning of the dorms on their internal temperature was analyzed for a standard Multi-Family Housing, which is currently being repeated in the municipality of Santo André in ABC Paulista. A survey of the characteristics of the predominant residential buildings in the city of Santo André-SP was carried out and was developed a model and performed computational simulations using the Energy Plus interface Design Builder. Indoor temperatures for two cases were obtained, with bedroom in the center and at the edges of the floors, for the first and second floors and solar orientations east and west. Results indicated the influence of the bedroom positioning on indoor temperature. The number of exposed walls to the exterior was the most influential in indoor temperatures differences, and the position on floor did not indicate great differences.
