ANÁLISE CLIMÁTICA E BIOCLIMÁTICA
COMPARAÇÃO ENTRE CIDADES CLASSIFICADAS NA ZONA BIOCLIMÁTICA 03

As a way of assisting the application of bioclimatic design methodologies to the designing process of housing of social interest, the first thermal performance standard for buildings in Brazil was elaborated in 2005: NBR 15220 (ABNT, 2005). In its third part (ABNT, 2005b), the brazilian territory was divided into 8 bioclimatic zones, classified based on the climatic characteristics of the cities. For each zone, passive thermal conditioning strategies to be used to achieve the thermal performance of the building are recommended. However, this classification contemplates generalizations, evidenced in several scientific researches, that point out that several cities could not be considered with similar climatic characteristics. The aim of this study is to verify the similarities and differences between the climatic characteristics and the strategies of passive thermal conditioning of cities classified in the Bioclimatic Zone 03, based on NBR 15220-3 (ABNT, 2005b) and the last revision proposal presented by Roriz (2014). With this, it is tried to understand if the project recommendations can really be generalized to different cities classified in the same Bioclimatic Zone. A climatic analysis and a comparative bioclimatic analysis were carried out between the cities of Maringá, Porto Alegre, Florianópolis and São Paulo, using climatic data from INMET 2016 and the Projeteee platform. The differences found demonstrate the importance of more detailed analyzes of the climate of the cities at different times of the year, in order to guarantee the adequacy of the best strategies for each specific site.
