During the architectural design process should take into consideration environmental issues, thus develop projects with higher environmental quality and energy efficiency elevating the performance of buildings. This work aims to analyze and classify the performance of energy efficiency of the envelope of a standard project of a basic health unit-UBS standard II, by means of parameters of the prescriptive method of the technical regulation of quality of the level of Energy efficiency of commercial buildings of service and public-RTQ-C, which was developed for different Brazilian climates according to the Brazilian bioclimatic zoning, the item of the envelope indicates its level of energy efficiency following the Inmetro's ranking parameters, going from the highest level "A" to the lowest "E". The Web Prescriptive and NBR-15220-3 help tools were used to calculate the current efficiency index in which it obtained an unsatisfactory result, level "E" thus being performed new simulations guaranteeing the best efficiency of the building with Guidelines indicated for the Bioclimatic zone under study. This work is part of the research developed by the laboratory of Environmental comfort of UFERSA, LabCon with the research project CASA-environmental comfort in the semiarid.
