ANÁLISE DA VALORIZAÇÃO DE IMÓVEIS COM ENERGIA FOTOVOLTAICA

Abstract

Studies conducted in different countries, based on historical records of business transactions, indicated the occurrence of a valorization of buildings that were capable of generating photovoltaic energy. In Brazil, there is a lack of records and studies regarding business transactions of such properties. Thus, this study sought to verify the influence of installing photovoltaic systems in buildings through questionnaires were applied on potential customers in order to evaluate their willingness to pay a higher price for this kind of property. The main indicated a tendency towards the valorization of properties with photovoltaic energy generation, since the majority of potential customers (74%) expressed willingness to pay a price between 1% and 10% higher. Furthermore, the preferences of potential customers, future users and investors were identified.
