COMPARAÇÃO ENTRE METODOLOGIA DE ETIQUETAGEM DO RTQ-C E DO INI-C, EM UMA EDIFICAÇÃO MILITAR
Keywords:
Energy efficiency in buildings, military pavilion project ENCE level , new RTQ-C, Brazilian Labeling ProgramAbstract
Due to several limitations found in the methodology provided for in the Technical Regulation for the Energy Efficiency Labeling of Commercial, Services and Public Buildings (RTQ-C), studies were carried out between 2009 and 2018, which culminated in the updating of this Regulation by INMETRO's (National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality) Normative Instruction for Energy Efficiency Class of Commercial, Services and Public Buildings (INI-C).This study analyzed and classified the Executive Project of a Brazilian Army Pavilion located in Campo Grande, state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, according the methodology provided in the INI-C (released during public consultation in 2018). The executive project of this building obtained National Energy Conservation Label (ENCE) general level “A” according RTQ-C method. According the method of the INI-C, it was obtained ENCE general of project class “A” and there was improvement of Building Envelope Partial ENCE for east side of the Pavilion, which went from level “B” according RTQ-C to Class “A” according INI-C. The other Partial ENCE were maintained the same according both methods. In the item “Water Heating”, which was analyzed only for “bonus” in RTQ-C, according INI-C method it was obtained Partial ENCE Class “D”. It was observed that the Simplified methodology predicted in the INI-C is more complete than the Prescriptive predicted in the RTQ-C, because of the calculation of the energy consumption of the building and the percentage of economy resulting from the implementation of energy efficiency techniques.
