Abstract

Taking into account the wide range of attributions existing in university environments, which often make them complex, special attention is needed with regard to accessibility and circulation structures. Within this scenario of inclusion dealt with in this work, the importance of accessibility in the circulation structures of universities for the university's relationship with its users was addressed. This article is yet another study focused on the accessibility of circulation structures in university environments and is part of one of the parts of the master's research by one of the authors. For the construction of the research, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was carried out using the databases: Web of Science and Scopus, with search strings of national and international scientific production of the last 5 years, in addition to consulting NBR 9050 (2020) as a definition for technical criteria and parameters, mobility conditions and perception of the environment. In view of this research, the importance of accessibility in university environments is pointed out, not only as a tool for inclusion and well-being, but, above all, to allow the right of people to exercise their citizenship in a comfortable and safe way.
