ANÁLISE DOS PARÂMETROS DE CONFORTO TÉRMICO EM EDIFICAÇÕES POPULARES EM CATALÃO – GO

Abstract

This work aims at analyzing the thermal comfort conditions of a popular condominium of the housing program Minha Casa Minha Vida, in the city of Catalão - Goiás. Thus, we will try to understand the relationship between thermal comfort and constructive aspects in order to propose improvements in constructions in regions with the same climatic characteristics, and try to mitigate the discomfort effects of the condominium studied, with proposals and projects that combine economy and sustainability. The thermal comfort was evaluated according to ISO 7730/2005 through the PMV and PPD indices; the thermal stress was analyzed by the maximum value of the IBUTG through NR 15/78. Measurements were made and the parameters of interest were determined using Grapsi v. 5.1 and CBE Thermal Comfort Tool. The measurements were taken in three days of each season of the year, and the measurements of the spring and summer were already made. According to the results obtained, two of the three days analyzed showed approximately 36% of the hours in comfort during the spring (December 2018), while in summer (March 2019), satisfactory results were not obtained in this respect. The results indicate the existence of thermal discomfort in the apartments analyzed and suggest that the buildings were not adequately conceived in this constructive aspect. Scientific initiation studies will continue to consider subsequent seasons.
