ESTUDO BIBLIOMÉTRICO SOBRE A ENVOLTÓRIA DE HABITAÇÕES RESIDENCIAIS NA ÓTICA DA FORMAÇÃO DE FUNGOS FILAMENTOSOS, QUALIDADE DO AR INTERIOR, CONSUMO ENERGÉTICO E EMISSÃO DE GASES POLUENTES

Residential buildings have a fundamental role in the inclusion of the right to housing for families from different economic and social contexts. Concerning the performance of these buildings, the quality of the constructions is linked mainly with the composition of their envelopes (opaque and translucent), as well as the passive strategies architectural design. Observing the composition of the envelope, this paper aim to identify in the literature the different considerations involving the possibility of filamentous fungi formation, indoor air quality (IAQ), and energy consumption of these buildings. The selection process of the analyzed papers passed a protocol of systematic literature review (SLR), a total of 304 papers were identified in the databases investigated in this study. The main results point to a predominance of the computer simulation method as a tool for exploring the performance variables; moreover, single-family dwellings predominate as model of discussion. It was also observed a gap regarding a combination of analysis characteristics since most of the identified productions considered as evaluation conditions only part of the variables necessary for the analysis of the themes of interest of this research.
