REGULAMENTAÇÃO PARA O CONFORTO AMBIENTAL NA CIDADE DE CLÁUDIO - MG

Abstract

The city occupation is determined by several factors, including the anthropic action and the climate where it is inserted, and the way in which it use the solo of the urban space is guided by the planning and construction laws of the municipality. However, the legislation is often generic and does not consider climatic conditions to guide the building activity in a way more consistent with local characteristics. The objective of this work is to use Givoni Bioclimatic Diagram, Mahoney Tables and the software WRPlot to analyze the climate of the Cláudio city and verify the agreement of the strategies with the recommendations of the performance standards NBR 15220 and NBR15575. The result was the proposition of adjustments to the Buildings Code of the Cláudio city, concluding that the use of the tools together contribute to promote the thermal comfort of the buildings with greater awareness of the architectural design strategies.
