AVALIAÇÃO E SELEÇÃO DE FORNECEDORES NA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL: UM MAPEAMENTO SISTEMÁTICO DA LITERATURA

This paper discusses the theme - methods of evaluation and selection of suppliers in civil construction - considering the complexity of the relationship of the industry with its supply chain. The objective of this article is to identify important information regarding the evaluation and selection practices of suppliers in construction. It addresses two questions: (a) what is the development stage of scientific research on this topic? (b) what is being discussed on literature about this subject? For this, a systematic literature mapping (SLM) was carried out following the steps:, namely: (i) Definition of search terms; (ii) selection of databases; (iii) strings Formulation; (iv) criteria for selection of articles; (v) extraction and documentation of data; (vi) synthesis and analysis of data. A total of 833 articles were analyzed and with filtering application, we selected 07 articles related to the research problem, allowing the identification of the necessary information such as: 8 criteria of evaluation and 5 selection of methods. The mapping contributed with guiding subsidies to the continuation of the research, and made it possible to verify the number of reduced studies in the subject.
