ELABORAÇÃO DOS ÍNDICES PARAMÉTRICOS POR ETAPA DE OBRAS DE EDIFICAÇÕES HOSPITALARES

In Brazil there are about 6,806 public hospitals. Investments for constructions depend on costs, to avoid overbilling and other problems because they use public recurses. This type of construction has a degree of complexity greater than the others due to the large number of installations, variety of services of the construction, and its own specifications involving new technologies and rigorous functional parameters. The budget has an important role, being the basis for this construction, because budgeting requires attention and accuracy in the data. This study aims to carry out a parametric analysis of the stages of the constructions of hospital buildings, in order to provide information of viability of the undertaking, directing the focus of the construction and assisting the management in the financial organization to Progress of the work. The methodology used began with bibliographic research with quantitative approach, followed by data collection, analysis of the collected budgets and statistical treatment for the definition of the percentages for services budgeted by the stages of building constructions. Finally, it is concluded that these indexes can help the manager in the analysis of the budgets and can assist in the estimate of the final cost of the construction, to have a greater profitability.
