SISTEMÁTICA VIRTUAL DE COLETA DE DADOS PARA HIERARQUIZAÇÃO DE VIAS: UM ESTUDO DE CASO NA AMAZÔNIA ORIENTAL

Resumo

The city of Marabá-PA, located in the southeast of the state, participates in the area of influence of the Carajás Iron Mine, which resulted in its participation in a series of strategies, exploring natural resources, culminating in a densification of the urban network. Its development took place in a polynucleated way, being the Nucleus New Marabá product of a modernist conception, planned on a hierarchy of pathways in leaves. However, due to changes of geopolitical and economic order, part of the nucleus was spontaneously occupied, causing centrality of the infrastructure and the emergence of several subnormal clusters. For the decision-making process to manage urban problems, cities need to update their route hierarchical data, however, most Amazonian cities have scarce resources for this purpose. Thus, this work presents a systematic to obtain data in a virtual way, to subsidize the information for urban mobility plans. The study presented a way to reduce the costs to obtain the essential data to update the cartographies of the city hall. It is worth stressing that technologies that make it possible to reduce the costs of public services are fundamental for municipal economic equilibrium.
