Relacionamento interorganizacional entre construtoras e fornecedores:

uma revisão de escopo

Resumo

As construtoras costumam manter com seus fornecedores um relacionamento de curto prazo, marcado por assimetria de informação, relações de poder, foco comercial e integração limitada. Além disso, o desempenho relacional e a confiança recíproca geralmente são inferiores se comparados aos de outros setores da indústria manufatureira. Diante disso, este estudo objetiva identificar lacunas de pesquisa que contribuam para o aprimoramento do relacionamento construtora-fornecedor. Para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão de escopo (RE) com base nas diretrizes dos Itens Preferenciais de Revisões Sistemáticas e Meta-Análise (PRISMA) e suas extensões para Revisões de Escopo (PRISMA-ScR), com auxílio dos softwares Citespace e Start. Utilizou-se da análise de citações e de cocitações para mapear a literatura e identificar campos de estudo relevantes, como "integração da cadeia de suprimentos" e "relação comprador-fornecedor". O "capital social" surge como um campo promissor para a criação de valor. O impacto do capital social no desempenho relacional, estratégias para o seu desenvolvimento e estudos empíricos que validem seu papel na construção civil são algumas das lacunas identificadas.
