Explorando BIM e realidade mista: tendências e aplicações na indústria da construção

A Modelagem da informação da construção (BIM) tem desempenhado um papel transformador na indústria da construção, impulsionando vários aspectos desse campo, especialmente a inovação e a competitividade. A integração da Realidade mista (RM), que combina a Realidade virtual (RV) e a Realidade aumentada (RA), com o BIM, destaca-se como uma abordagem interdisciplinar que melhora a compreensão dos processos de projeto e construção. Este trabalho tem como objetivo realizar uma análise bibliométrica das pesquisas envolvendo BIM e realidade mista (incluindo RA e RV), no contexto da Arquitetura, Engenharia e Construção (AEC), proporcionando um direcionamento para o setor. O método empregado foi a bibliometria integrada a uma revisão bibliográfica. As contribuições explanam indicadores sobre a adoção e aplicação de BIM e realidade mista no domínio da AEC. Estes indicadores incluem dados de publicações por ano e por país, periódico mais citado, análises sobre a tecnologia empregada e identificação de tendências de crescimento, bem como das áreas de aplicação alinhadas aos usos do BIM, que se beneficiam da integração de BIM com a RM.
