The industrialization of construction brings numerous advantages to the production process; However, it requires efficient management of production systems. The Production System Project (PSP) is the first product management activity that aims to reduce the effects of variability and uncertainties on production systems. This study aims to analyze, evaluate, and propose improvements to the PSP of an enterprise that has the characteristic of industrialized construction. This case study has a fishing methodology to analyze the test product system. It was identified that the work's PSP required studies on the workflows of the base production unit. In this way, the line of balance (LOB) technique was used, through which it was possible to propose an uninterrupted production flow of the work teams and a 70% reduction in work in progress. It can be concluded that a well-structured PSP allows the construction of planning scenarios and the subsidized choice of the best alternative for executing a project, considering its resource limitations, the existing bottlenecks in the production process and the deadline for completing the work.
