Aplicação de passaporte de materiais no sistema construtivo wood frame utilizando Revit

A construção civil é responsável por um terço das emissões de gases de efeito estufa; consome mais de 50% dos recursos naturais do planeta; e sua demanda por recursos naturais tende a aumentar com o crescimento populacional. Em um cenário como este, no qual os modelos de negócios são baseados na Economia Linear (EL), a Economia Circular (EC) surge como uma estratégia promovendo o desenvolvimento econômico que reduza a dependência do consumo de recursos naturais. Assim, ferramentas como Passaporte de Materiais (PM) são necessárias para a transição da EL para EC. O PM é uma ferramenta digital, a qual contém dados e informações que descrevem características do material para sua recuperação e reutilização. O presente estudo tem como objetivo modelar o PM de um painel de wood frame utilizado comercialmente pela empresa Tecverde no Paraná, projetado para uma edificação através do software Revit. O PM possui 49 parâmetros divididos em nove categorias e os dados foram coletados de bases abertas disponibilizadas pela empresa. O resultado mostra que ainda existem obstáculos em relação aos parâmetros de sustentabilidade, bem como de oportunidade em agregar valores circulares na indústria da construção.
