Lean and Green Construction e BIM: mapeamento dos estudos e práticas integradas

A execução das diferentes etapas da Arquitetura, Engenharia e Construção (AEC) apresenta desafios para a gestão da produção, e o uso consciente de recursos sustentáveis deve considerar a redução dos desperdícios. Pesquisas acadêmicas têm promovido a construção enxuta e verde, utilizando a tecnologia como meio de suporte. O Building Information Modeling (BIM) tem sido uma opção para gerenciar recursos do projeto e impulsionar a filosofia de produção na AEC. Este artigo discute os resultados da busca por estudos que integram os princípios e práticas do Lean and Green às funcionalidades BIM, entre 2012 e 2022, compreendendo como e em quais fases os segmentos têm sido aplicados e quem são os pesquisadores e países que mais promovem este tema. A revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL) encontrou 510 artigos, dos quais 10 foram selecionados para análise qualitativa. Verificou-se que 10 dos 15 princípios Lean and Green foram mais integrados a 03 funcionalidades BIM, entre as 08 determinadas, e apenas 02 estudos de caso trouxeram práticas integradas. Desta forma, se evidencia o espaço para mais estudos práticos objetivando essa integração para avançar em direção à sustentabilidade com o auxílio da tecnologia, de forma rápida e sem desperdícios.
