Most of materials recycling studies in the construction industry aim to reuse the aggregates from civil construction waste (sand and gravel); however, few studies and applications of the fine fraction are consolidated in the technical / scientific environment. In this way, the present work aims to present the execution of a pilot project (experimental section) of paving in the city of Guarulhos - SP in which recycled and natural aggregates were used with cement produced from CCW fines. In order to control the compaction of the pavement layers and postexecution monitoring, the deflection test was carried out by means of the Belkelman beam in all stretches. In parallel, the results of the resilience modulus of the materials used to execute the stretches are also presented. The results of pavement deflection indicated that the runs performed with recycled and natural aggregate with CCW cement presented performance superior to BGS and performance lower than BGTC, as predicted. The results also showed that there is a tendency of the runs performed with CCW cement to approach the results of the run with BGTC. This behavior can be explained by the action of the pozzolanic reaction on CCW cement.
