A INFLUÊNCIA DA ARBORIZAÇÃO NO COMPORTAMENTO TÉRMICO E NO FATOR DE VISÃO DO CÉU NO MICROCLIMA URBANO NO BAIRRO DE SANTA CECÍLIA
Keywords:
thermal behavior, vegetation, computer simulationAbstract
The research aims to analyze the urban microclimate in the district of Santa Cecília, in the city of São Paulo, to verify the influence of tree mass and urbanization in the area thermal behavior. The method used in-situ measurements with a thermo hygrometer and simulations with the software ENVI-Met. The urbanization in the district of Santa Cecília differs from the urbanization of the neighborhood of Higienópolis in several aspects, such as tree mass and street width. The study of the area thermal behavior is relevant, since the region gathers several important equipment, such as Santa Casa de Misericórdia Hospital and Santa Cecília subway station, hence generating an intense pedestrian flow. The district of Higienópolis was designed on a thermal comfort basis, which resulted on better ventilation in buildings, compared to the surroundings. In order to develop the research, it was necessary to have an inventory of the main path of the study object, as well as to verify the influence of the Sky View Factor (SVF) provided by urbanization to understand the variation in air temperature. The air temperature in the street varies from 31.7 ° C to 33.1 ° C as verified in the in-situ measurement. The study compared, through computer simulations, the result of the variation of the Sky View Factor of the researched area with and without vegetation.
