Abstract

Lighting is an important element of the built environment. The advancement of technology allowed different uses and changes in light characteristics, such as effects, intensity and color. Research in the area was expanded and related to aspects such as consumer influence and behavior. The objective of this work was to carry out a bibliometric study on artificial lighting related to the servicescape, perception and influence on the consumer, and the built environment, until the year 2021. Two databases or articles related to the theme proposed and analyzed using Excel and VOSviewer softwares. The search resulted in 459 unique articles, and the results indicate a connection between the searched terms, either directly or indirectly. In addition, there has been an increase in the number of publications in recent years, which may indicate a research trend for the future.
