AVALIAÇÃO DO DESEMPENHO LUMÍNICO EM DIFERENTES ZONAS BIOCLIMÁTICAS BRASILEIRAS A PARTIR DA APLICAÇÃO DE MÉTRICAS DINÂMICAS DE LUZ NATURAL

The conscious use of daylight, in addition to enabling the reduction of energy consumption in buildings, is also essential to the good lighting performance of the environments. Moreover, the evidence on users' preference for spaces that enable daylight and views of the external environment is growing. So, in order to evaluate the performance of daylight in distinct Brazilian bioclimatic zones, the UDI (Useful Daylight Illuminance) metric was applied in a 3D model of a residential environment. For this, the DesignBuilder software was used, considering the criteria adopted by the RTQ-R, such as those referring to the minimum dimensions of the space, the percentage of reflectance of surfaces and hours of daylight availability. The results show the horizontal global radiation for different times of day and months of the year for the cities of Santa Maria (RS), Cuiabá (MT), and Fortaleza (CE), as well as the UDI for each one. It is noticed the differentiation about the distribution and the index of daylight, in the same space, according to different Brazilian bioclimatic zones.
