ANÁLISE DO CONFORTO AMBIENTAL DE HABITAÇÕES CONSTRUÍDAS PELO PROGRAMA MINHA CASA MINHA VIDA RURAL EM TERRAS INDÍGENAS DO NORTE DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL

Abstract

The first social policies for rural housing in Brazil were identified in 2003. Despite the existence and intensification of benefits in actions in the field of rural housing, many housing problems are still observed in this environment, related to the precarious housing conditions of the units, housing, where quilombola communities, indigenous peoples, residents and rural workers in general live, compromising the environmental comfort of the homes used by this population, lacking resources. The objective of this article is to analyze the environmental comfort of dwellings built by the Minha Casa Minha Vida Rural Program (PMCMV-R) in indigenous lands in the north of Rio Grande do Sul. Methodologically, the work was carried out through bibliographic review, on-site research in the indigenous reserves of Rio Grande do Sul, retrieving photographic files and interview records archived in the research group Theory and History of Housing and the City. As one of the results of this article, it was observed that despite the implementation of the PMCMV-R having obtained satisfactory results, there are still many impasses to be resolved in the indigenous communities, in relation to acoustic, luminous, thermal comfort and all the themes of comfort, emphasizing the inclusion of cultural comfort. In this way, it is possible to affirm that these peoples continue to receive little assistance from the State, compromising the comfort of these residents and threatening their culture and customs.
