In recent years, civil construction has sought to insert new techniques and construction methods that increase productivity, reduce costs and improvisation, and meet performance requirements. And, in this context, the construction technique of cast-in-place concrete walls has been used, especially in large-scale buildings, such as those of social interest funded by government programs, since this technique implies a greater speed of construction and rationalization of production. In view of this use, this paper carried out a Post-Occupation Evaluation (PPA) in a social housing complex with cast-in-place concrete walls, located in Ouro Branco, MG, to assess the quality of the built environment from the users' point of view. The Post-Occupation Evaluation was carried out by applying a questionnaire to the dwellers, and with this technique it was realized that most of the houses presented problems, such as infiltrations and cracks, in less than 18 months of use. Thus, it was obtained strong indicators of dissatisfaction of users with the construction system. Through the study it appears that from this construction is suitable for users, it is necessary to analyze the individual factors of each location and pay close attention to strict production control to reduce the flaws and inadequacies of the buildings.
