Fontes internas de vantagem competitiva vinculadas com a Construção 4.0 em empresas de construção

Resumo

Apesar de os benefícios discutidos na literatura relacionados com a Construção 4.0, pouco se sabe sobre as fontes internas de vantagem competitiva (FIVC) associados com ela. Nesse sentido, objetiva-se caracterizar as FIVC vinculadas com a Construção 4.0 em empresas de construção.  Para tanto, conceitos associados com a Construção 4.0 foram extraídos de fontes bibliográficas, analisados, categorizados e ordenados. De tal modo caracterizaram-se dois possíveis caminhos para a obtenção de FIVC relacionadas com a Construção 4.0. Estes caminhos vinculam-se às capacidades obtidas pela industrialização da construção e às capacidades resultantes de recursos e estratégias relativas à Indústria 4.0.
