Análise multicritério para escolha de coberturas: revisão de literatura

A tomada de decisão fundamentada em múltiplos critérios tem recebido reconhecimento crescente na seleção de estratégias de construções sustentáveis. Este artigo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a escolha de alternativas de cobertura com base em múltiplos critérios. Buscou-se verificar os critérios e as alternativas adotadas, os métodos utilizados para determinar o peso dos critérios e o desempenho das alternativas. De forma geral, os critérios adotados representam as dimensões ambiental, econômica, social e técnica, embora variem entre os estudos. Cerca de 88% dos estudos incluíram as coberturas verdes na análise. Menos da metade dos estudos realizaram simulações computacionais ou procedimentos experimentais para avaliar o desempenho das coberturas em cada critério. Em relação aos métodos de avaliação, aproximadamente 40% dos estudos empregaram a metodologia AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) ou alguma de suas variantes, isoladamente ou em conjunto com outro método. Este estudo contribuiu com o entendimento dos métodos escolha de coberturas a partir de uma abordagem holística.
