Otimização do canteiro de obras através de Planejamento Sistemático de Layout, algoritmo genético e BIM

Estudos anteriores propuseram abordagens de otimização para gerar o layout do canteiro de obras, como modelos matemáticos e algoritmos computacionais. Porém, estas são pouco adotadas na prática devido às limitações técnicas, custos excessivos e a falta de flexibilidade em tais soluções automatizadas. Esta pesquisa assume que envolver tomadores de decisão no em uma abordagem de otimização garante soluções mais assertivas no planejamento. O Planejamento Sistemático de Layout (PSL) é utilizado para planejar o arranjo de instalações na indústria manufatureira, aplicando regras para avaliar a necessidade de proximidade entre as instalações. Já a Modelagem da Informação da Construção (BIM), fornece uma estrutura adequada para apoiar o processo de tomada de decisão. Através da Design Science Research, esta pesquisa visa desenvolver uma ferramenta para apoio à tomada de decisão no planejamento e logística de canteiro de obras, integrando BIM, PSL e um algoritmo genético. A sua principal contribuição é a proposição de uma abordagem eficiente e precisa para o planejamento do canteiro, promovendo a otimização dos recursos disponíveis e melhorando a qualidade e produtividade no processo construtivo.
