QUALIDADE DO AMBIENTE INTERNO (IEQ) E PRODUTIVIDADE: UMA BREVE REVISÃO

Resumo

Os fatores relacionados a qualidade do ambiente interno podem influenciar o conforto, bem estar e produtividade dos usuários em ambientes de trabalho. O objetivo da pesquisa foi revisar a produção científica sobre produtividade e qualidade no ambiente interno na área de arquitetura entre 2017 a 2019. A metodologia foi dividida em quatro etapas: (1) seleção e catalogação dos artigos; (2) restrição por tema e relevância; (3) análise do conteúdo; e (4) discussão dos resultados. A revisão foi feita por meio de artigos indexados em periódicos com categoria arquitetura e urbanismo e classificação mínima B2 na avaliação Qualis. A partir de uma amostra de 192 artigos, 44 foram selecionados para a análise de conteúdo e os principais resultados demonstraram que Estados Unidos, Science Direct e Building and Environment foram, respectivamente, o país, a base e o periódico com maior número de publicações e os principais parâmetros analisados foram conforto térmico, qualidade do ar e conforto luminoso. Concluiu-se que atualmente foram produzidas pesquisas acerca do tema por meio de diferentes metodologias que relacionaram os diversos parâmetros relacionados a IEQ.
