Subcontracting is a phenomenon widely used in the most diverse sectors of the economy, with a great relevance in current construction sector. Such configuration requires a management process based on the evaluation of the service provided by these subcontractors, which does not always follow a standardized procedure, which would provide a more efficient production. The aim of this research is to carry out the mapping of processes and evaluation structure of subcontracted services by construction companies and provided by Trade contractors (EES). Therefore, the evaluation procedures performed by two construction companies in the city of São Paulo (BR) were mapped through field interviews. Thus, it was concluded that it´s important to evaluate the performance of subcontracted services during the whole lifecycle and that the evaluation points occur in the same stage. Moreover, there is variability in the evaluation criteria and the form of storage of evaluation data directly influences the efficiency of the EES evaluation process, being the solution of this obstacle of great relevance for the digitalization of its management.
