O IMPACTO DAS PERSONALIZAÇÕES DE APARTAMENTOS NO AVANÇO FÍSICO DE UM EMPREENDIMENTO DE ALTO PADRÃO

The customization strategy has been consolidated by a large number of builders and developers who seek to practice flexible design to ensure customer satisfaction. In order to achieve the objective of making the design more flexible, a series of actions must be carried out, at the risk of generating an impact on the works, especially in relation to time, as a consequence of the reduction in standardization and services continuity. The objective of this work is to analyze the impact of apartments customization on the physical progress of a work, conducting a case study in a high standard building in the state of Goiás. The types of modifications, the incidence of requests in 96 units and the impact on the physical progress of various activities in progress were evaluated. Two main indicators were used to analyze the impact - the percentage of delay and the physical activity indicator per month. The conclusions point to a reflection on the need for joint consideration of market and production strategies, seeking to relate the possible failures of planning or control that caused interferences in the work schedule.
