APLICAÇÃO DO REQUISITO DE SEGURANÇA NO USO E OPERAÇÃO EM COBERTURAS E PISOS

The application of safety requirements in the use and operation of NBR 15575 impacts, above all, the prevention of accidents in civil construction. The purpose is to propose adaptations to the design of floor and roofing systems in a building in terms of safety requirements in the use and operation of NBR 15575. For this, a case study was carried out with an analysis of the floor and roof systems coverage projects through a checklist based on Costella (2018). Among the four requirements analyzed in the design of flooring systems, only one complied, while in the roofing system, 50% complied. The conclusions are that the designers need to take responsibility for this specification due to the risk that a non-conformity signifies to the lives of workers and users of the building.
