UTILIZAÇÃO DE VANT NOS PROCESSOS DE INSPEÇÃO DE FACHADAS DE UM EDIFÍCIO

The inspections of pathological manifestations in the building envelope are intended to provide subsidies for possible repair and maintenance interventions that seek to extend the life of the inspected construction subsystem. With the goal to contributing to the improvementof the inspection processes aided by technological tools, this paper presents a method of inspection of façades with the aid of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles - UAV. The method tested is divided into four stages: pre-visual inspection, automated photographic inspection, digital processing and identification of pathological manifestations. As the results of this study and relevant points that should be considered for a satisfactory inspection, stand out such as the levels of solar luminosity, the presence of obstacles close to the façade, the allocation of the sweep according to the geometry of the façade of the building, as well as the systematization and distribution of the capture points of the photographs. It is hoped that the results obtained in this study may contribute to new researches that make use of UAV in façade inspections.
