The use of construction systems with CLT panels requires the characterization of their acoustic performance for proper use in buildings. The objective of this work was to characterize the acoustic performance of four compositions of flooring systems with CLT panels regarding air and impact sounds. The tests were carried out in the laboratory, according to the ISO 10140 set of standards. The results indicate that the addition of coatings significantly improves the acoustic insulation capacity of these flooring systems, going from Rw 36 dB and LnT,w 86, to Rw 45 and LnT,w 51 dB.
