Abstract

CTE Enredes is one of the Business Units of the Building Technology Center (CTE), fostering an ecosystem of innovation, digital transformation, industrialization and sustainability in the construction sector. Technical Community 3 (CT 3) was created in 2022 by the company to promote innovation focused on Building Information Modeling (BIM). This article presents the diagnosis of knowledge and relevant themes of this community that brings together 76 companies in the production chain of the civil construction sector. The study's contribution is in demonstrating how a prominent and representative group of national companies moves towards BIM and performs a partial diagnosis of the group's BIM maturity.
