Occupant satisfaction surveys are crucial for assessing Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) in post-occupancy evaluations studies. The use of standardized questionnaires ensures the coverage of relevant topics and validated scales, as well as participant data security. Their widespread application allows the creation of a database to analyze building performance from the users’ perspective. However, the most internationally adopted surveys are closed-access, contractually based, and predominantly in English, limiting their application in Brazil. This research introduces an online interface for an Occupant Survey System (OSS), aimed at assessing IEQ satisfaction in Brazilian office buildings. The open availability of an OSS marks progress towards including occupant satisfaction in energy efficiency evaluations of operational buildings in Brazil.
