Influência dos Stakeholders em Projetos Sustentáveis

A Modelagem de Informação da Construção (BIM) pode incorporar de forma eficiente princípios de sustentabilidade, enquanto a influência dos stakeholders pode moldar a indústria da construção, proporcionando o desenvolvimento de projetos sustentáveis. Nesse contexto, este artigo tem como objetivo investigar o efeito mediador da adoção de BIM na sustentabilidade em projetos de construção, considerando as influências dos stakeholders nas três dimensões da sustentabilidade. Propõe-se e valida-se um modelo teórico aplicando modelagem de equações estruturais, usando o software SmartPLS 3.0. Os resultados do modelo mostram que o BIM tem um efeito positivo significativo (p < 0,01) nas dimensões sociais, econômicas e ambientais da sustentabilidade. Além disso, a influência dos stakeholders tem um efeito positivo significativo (p < 0,01) no BIM. Esta pesquisa oferece suporte empírico para o efeito mediador específico da adoção de BIM e stakeholders em projetos sustentáveis. Ao correlacionar três dimensões na implementação de BIM e validar empiricamente essas inter-relações, este estudo pode auxiliar pesquisadores na avaliação de modelos conceituais de fatores de sustentabilidade de projetos.
